Charles Adams III - President

Charles Adams III has 30 years of experience in the construction industry.  The last 24 years have been as President and owner of CA3 Construction Co., Inc.  Charles received a Bachelor of Building Science, School of Architecture from Auburn University.

Charles has worked throughout the Southeast and holds general contractor licenses in the states of Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina.  In addition, he also holds an Underground Utility Contracting license in the state of Georgia.  Due to Charles’ vast range of experience, CA3 Construction is able to self-perform many of the trades required on each project.

Charles has managed both design/build and fixed fee projects from conception through completion ranging from $100,000 to $6 million.  Listed below are some of the project types Mr. Adams has completed:

Johnny Wilkins - Director of Business Development

Johnny Wilkins joined CA3 Construction Company in 2003.  He is responsible for leading CA3 Construction’s efforts in developing new business throughout the states of GA, FL, AL, TN, NC, and SC.  Johnny excels in the areas of business development, strategic planning, marketing, negotiation, problem solving. 

Johnny has 18 years of business development experience in the construction industry and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia.
